Dax Shepard is a funny dude. You probably remember him from Ashton Kutcher’s “Punk’d”, before he got all famous and landed movie gigs and TV shows (he’s currently doing “Parenthood” on NBC), and he’s now branched out into filmmaking. His first foray is “Brother’s Justice”, a mockumentary that follows Shepard (who co-directs) as he seeks to make a martial arts movie using his own money. Well, some of his own money, but mostly other people’s money. From what I can tell, the whole movie is basically Shepard going around Hollywood pitching his idea to various famous people, sorta like “The Player”, but goofy.

Actor/comedian Dax Shepard (Punk’d, Parenthood) abandons comedy to pursue his dream of becoming an international martial arts star. With no martial arts training, budget or script, Dax enlists the help of buddies like Bradley Cooper and Tom Arnold to help him live his dream.

Starring Shepard and a bunch of famous Hollywood cameos, including Jon Favreau, Tom Arnold, Ashton Kutcher, and a variety of other names. The film is currently available On Demand, so check your VOD outlets.
